I have lost or damaged a piece in my game (card, meeple, tile, etc.) and I need to replace it.  How can I do that?"

Please contact us and describe as closely as possible what you are missing, including what set it comes from.  We have supplies of extra parts in stock and can normally send you a replacement for a very nominal charge.

I purchased a new game and when I opened it, there was something missing or damaged.  What should I do?"

Please contact us and describe as closely as possible what you are missing, including what set it comes from.  Also, please let us know when you bought it and where you purchased it from.  We have supplies of extra parts in stock and can normally send you a free replacement within a few days.

Can I just order an expansion set?

Accepted Answer

No. All expansion sets are designed to be used with the Cities and Suburbs Base Game and cannot be played as a stand-alone game.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, you can only order products from our website to be shipped to the USA or Canada.
 
Due to the variable shipping costs and the variety of tarriffs and customs, we only offer international shipping by special request. 
 
If you do not live in the USA or Canada and would like to purchase Urban Insanity, please contact us and include your full mailing address and we will send you an estimate of what it would cost to ship the games to you.  Minimum product order for international orders (not including postage) is $149.

The rule books and cards are in English. Are you going to produce them in other languages?

We do not have any plans for rule books or cards in other languages.  However, if you have a specific request, let us know and we will consider it.

Will you come to our town and bring Big Moe?

Can I get a Big Moe of my very own?

Sorry, there's only one Big Moe and he stays with us.  You're welcome to try to make us an offer we can't refuse, though.
 
We have been considering a plush version available for purchase, and Big Moe has asked us for a "Mrs. Moe" several times, so who knows?
