We ship all games and accessories by USPS 3-day Priority Mail. We charge only what we pay for shipping (no handling fees).
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.
Replacement of Lost or Damaged Parts
We will replace missing or damaged components of new games that were purchased new.
If you purchase a new Xtile Games product and find that it has damaged or missing components, we will replace them at no charge. Simply email a description and photo of what is damaged or missing along with your proof of purchase to email@example.com within 7 days of purchase. We will send you a replacement within 14 days.
If you lose or damage any component while playing the game and wish to have it replaced, email a description of the lost or damaged component to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond and let you know the cost (including shipping) of the replacement.
